Book shipment

1. Schedule shipment

Book a shipment by filling out the necessary details. Best to schedule it to arrive 1 business day before your arrival.

After you filled out all the details, we'll promptly provide a discounted shipping label with a carrier of your choice. Plenty of shipping options to pick from.

Pack luggage

2. Pack it

Pack your luggage, skis, golf clubs as you would normally do for airline travel. If shipping in a box, use a sturdy one.

For skis or golf clubs, you can use either a soft travel bag or a hard travel case. Skis and golf clubs heads should be bubble wrapped and taped together to avoid damage.

Secure all zippers (if existent) in closed position.

Tip: Remember to pack at the correct weight allowance.

3. Attach label

Print 2 copies of the shipping labels, attach one to your luggage or box and place the other inside for backup. Make sure your barcoded shipping label is visible for carrier pickup.

Tip: We recommend securing your label using a luggage tag otherwise your package may be lost or delayed if the label is not properly attached.

4. Ship it

Drop off the package at your nearest UPS® or FedEx® location depending on your choice of shipping carrier at the time of purchase. They'll take care of it from there so you don't have to worry about it.

Your bags will be waiting for you at your destination.

5. Track it (optional)

You can track your shipment at any time. We will also notify you when your package arrives at the destination.

As we use well established shipping carriers, if you have questions regarding your shipment status, you can contact them directly.
